Alberto Uvalle

Alberto Uvalle, 77, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 24, 2017, at Valley Baptist Medical Center - Harlingen surrounded by his loving family.

Alberto was born to Carlos Uvalle and Juana Rodriguez Uvalle in Mexico. Alberto was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos Uvalle & Juana Uvalle; his wife, Maria Guadalupe "Lupita" Uvalle; His brother, Carlos Uvalle and his sister, Gloria Jimenez.

He is survived by his children; Carlos Alberto Uvalle (Alma), Laura Guadalupe Gonzalez (Aurelio), Claudia Gabriela Rogers (Cory), Jaime Uvalle (Rosa Isela) and Oscar Eduardo Uvalle; 15 grandchildren; Isidoro Luna (Martha), Tanya Flores (Ricardo), Martin Lopez (Irene), Mario Uvalle, Samantha Stillman (Thomas), Kevin Rogers, Kayla Rogers, Jaime G. Uvalle, Xeanii Uvalle, Aisa Uvalle, Andrea Uvalle, Kimberly Uvalle, Amberlyn Uvalle, Milagros Uvalle and Oscar Uvalle Jr. Alberto will also be missed by his siblings; Raul Uvalle, Miguel Uvalle, Leonardo Uvalle, Armando Uvalle, Javier Uvalle, Alicia Rivas, Ester Garcia, and Patricia Cerda; 6 Great-grandchildren: Isidoro N., Juliette, Aleen, Martin, Justine, and Adrian. Nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 27, 2017, with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Southmost. The funeral mass will be on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1200 Lincoln St. Committal services to follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
