Eric Flores

BROWNSVILLE, TX. - Eric Flores, born on May 9, 1986, died on Sunday, September 16, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 32.

Eric was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding 4x4 Jeeps along the beach, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Most of all, he enjoyed, loved, and cherished his family. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Preceding him in death was his maternal grandmother, Candelaria Paulin.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mayra A. Flores; son, Luis Alejandro Sanchez-Hernandez; daughter, Alyson Flores; parents, Juan Pablo Flores and Maria de la Luz Herrera; sisters Isela Flores (Nestor Morales) and Paola Flores; and paternal grandparents Juan Pablo Flores and Dominga Monsivais.

Visiting hours are on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, beginning at twelve o'clock in the afternoon and concluding at nine o'clock at night, with a rosary to be held at seven o'clock Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at Trevino Funeral Home, 1955 Southmost Road, Brownsville, Texas.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at two o'clock in the afternoon, at Immaculate Conception Cathedral, 1218 E Jefferson Street, Brownsville, Texas 78520. Committal services will then follow at Guillen Community Cemetery, 9055 Boca Chica Boulevard, Brownsville, Texas 78521, with full military honors under the auspices of V.F.W. Post #2035.
