Esiquio Garza

Esiquio L. Garza, 84, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at his residence. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He was proceeded in death by his first wife; Maria de Jesus Garcia Garza, his parents; Santos Garza Jr. and Ignacia Ledesma, and his stepfather; Saturnino Rodriguez; three brothers; one sister, and two son-in-laws; David E. Rangel and Jesus Guerrero.

He is survived by his daughters; Margarita Rangel, Judy Mae Barrera (Jesus Barrera), Lilia Jean Guerrero (Alonso Barrera); Nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren; his sisters; Angela Coronado, Herlinda Espinosa, Elvira Coronado, Estefana Quantez and Maria de Jesus Demkowicz; his brothers: Guadalupe Garza, Santo Garza Jr., Juan L. Rodriguez, and Emilio Rodriguez. Nieces and nephews and other extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 1955 Southmost Road, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will be on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at noon. All services to conclude after.
