Estefana Cavazos

Estefana Cavazos, 90, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

Estefana was born to Cecilio Cavazos and Maria Guerra. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

She was preceded in death by her brother Matias Cavazos and her two sisters Elisa Garcia and Maria Ely Sierra.

She is survived by her siblings: Margarito Cavazos (Irma), Tomas Cavazos, Mario Cavazos (Marina), Eulalia Olivarez, Elida Cadena, and Maria Elena Cavazos. She will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 12, 2018 at Treviño Funeral Home Southmost from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Southmost, 1955 Southmost Rd., Brownsville, Texas 78521. Interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
