George Carrillo

George Carrillo, 57, entered eternal rest on Monday, December 31, 2018, in Brownsville surrounded by his loving family.

George was born to Jose Francisco Carrillo and Josefina Carrasco in Wharton, Texas. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends, but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Francisco Carrillo and his brother Jacobo Carrillo.

Left behind to eternally treasure his memories is his son: Prevent Tomas Grant; his mother: Josefina C. Carrillo; his siblings: Fernando Carrillo, Moises Carrillo, Homero Carrillo, Maria de la Luz Carrillo, Alejandra Carrillo, and Manuel Carrrillo; and his granddaughter: Stormy Olivia Fay Panther. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Trevino Funeral Home-Southmost, 1955 Southmost Rd. A chapel service will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 8:45 a.m. with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
