Gertrudis Garza

Gertrudis R. Garza, 97 of Brownsville, Texas entered into eternal rest on June 3, 2014 at her residence. Mrs. Garza was born on November 15, 1916 in Mexico.

Mrs. Garza was preceded in death by her Parents: Anastacio Robles Ortiz and Calixtra Mata Sifuentes, 3 Siblings, her Husband: Astolfo Garza Regalado, and her 5 Children: Maria Elena Garza De Perez, Gabriel Garza Robles, Astolfo Garza Robles, Anastacio Garza Robles and Eleazar Garza Robles.

She is survived by her 5 Daughters: Elsa Garza Jose Maria Trevino, Alma Garza de Barbosa, Lilia E. Jose Ipina, Gertrudis Minerva JoelCavazos and Ana Bertha Garza Hector De Garcia, 6 Sons: Everardo Garza Robles, Pedro Luis Garza Leticia Robles, Rafael Garza Rosa Maria Robles, Hector Garza Robles, Jesus Garza Adriana Robles, and Raul Garza Leticia Robles and also survived by 70 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.

Viewing and visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 3:00pm to 9:00pm and will resume on Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm with religious services from 10:30am to 8:45 pm in our Chapel of Serenity. Her funeral services will be held on Friday, June 6, 2014 as a 12:00 pm Chapel Service with interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
