Gilberto Castro

Gilberto Castro, born on January 25, 1966 in Brownsville, Texas, passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016 at the age of 50.

Mr. Castro is survived by his mother Virginia Martinez; siblings Abelardo Castro Jr., Margarita Salazar, Silvia Castro, and Daniel Castro; and by his daughter, Amelia Hernandez. He will be dearly missed.

Visitation will begin on Monday, May 30, 2016, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., at Treviño Funeral Home Southmost, with a Holy Rosary at 7 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Brownsville, Texas.

Burial will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.

Honored to serve as Mr. Castro's pallbearers are: Javier Torres Jr., Abelardo Castro Jr., Daniel Castro, Cristopher Gilberto Castro, Juan Antonio Hernandez, and Juan Coronado.
