Ignacio Pecina

Ignacio Pecina, 91, of Brownsville, entered into eternal rest on March 19, 2018 in Brownsville, Texas.

Mr. Pecina was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Martha S. Pecina; brothers, Juan Pecina and Paulino Pecino; sisters, Maria Pecina, Crecensia Pecina, and Francisca Pecina. Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Edmundo (Blanca) Pecina, Jose Luis (Juana) Pecina, and Felipe Pecina; his daughters, Maria G. (Jose) Saabedra and Esperanza (Luis) Grande; a brother, Amparo Pecina; a sister, Margarita Pecina; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., with a prayer service to begin at 7 p.m., at Trevino Funeral Home-Southmost. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 22, at Trevino Funeral Home-Southmost with burial to follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.
