Jason is survived by his wife Cristal Ramirez, mother Gayle E. Whitaker, and sister Kim Micheal Graves. Father and motherinlaw Raul and Leticia Ramirez, brotherinlaw Raul Ramirez Jr., and several nieces and nephews Sydni Whitaker, Noah Whitaker, Katrina Graves, Derek Graves and Melissa Naomi Ramirez.

Jason is preceded in death by his father Sidney Whitaker and his bother Jeffery Whitaker.
