Jorge Mendoza

Jorge Luis Mendoza, 63, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 surrounded by his loving family at Solara Hospital.

Jorge was preceded in death by his father Leonides Mendoza and his brother Leonides Mendoza Jr.

Mr. Mendoza is survived by his loving wife Patricia A. Mendoza; three sons: Jorge Luis Mendoza (Mariela), Francisco Alberto Mendoza, and Daniel Refugio Mendoza (Araceli); two daughters: Lidia Alejandra Garza (Julio) and Raquel de Alba (Eric);his mother: Dora Rangel; two brothers: Miguel Mendoza and Hector Mendoza; four sisters: Dora Arizmendi, Angelica Salazar, Alma Mendiola, and Tomy Lucio: and 17 grandchildren.

Visitation for Jorge will be held on Thursday, June, 1, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Southmost, 1955 Southmost Rd., Brownsville, TX.

Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 2645 Tulipan St., Brownsville, Texas with interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Jorge Luis Mendoza Jr., Daniel Mendoza, Francisco Mendoza, Julio Garza, Eric de Alba, and Daniel R. Mendoza Jr. are honored to be serving as pallbearers.
