Mr. Rangel was born February 2, 1968.

Mr. Rangel is presently survived by his Common law Wife: Blanca Mancillas, Mother: San Juanita Rangel Garza, 3 Sisters: Martha (Al) Santos,
Maria Yvette Garza and Isabel Yvonne Garza, 4 Brothers: Ricardo (Yolanda) Rangel, Pat (Erika) Garza, Jesse (Brenda) Garza, Mike (Jessica)
Garza and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00am to 8:00pm, Monday, July 27, 2015 with a 7:00pm Prayer Service in our Chapel of Devotion. On Tuesday
July 28, 2015 we will be having a 2:00pm Chapel Service with Interment to follow to La Palma Cemetery, 701 Alton Gloor Blvd., Brownsville,
Texas 78521.
