Jose Mendoza

Jose Armando Mendoza, 46, passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018, in Pecos, Texas.

Jose was born to Jose Cesar Felix Mendoza and Silvia Arizpe Escobedo. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his adoptive mother/grandmother San Juana Mendoza Negrete.

He is survived by his loving wife: Sofia; his parents: Jose Cesar Felix Mendoza and Silvia Arizpe Escobedo; and his siblings: Julio Cesar Mendoza, Jose C. Felix, Daniel Felix, Beatriz Duran, Adriana Arizmendi, Alma D. Nuñez, Mayra I. Rodriguez, Daniel A. Nuñez, Jesus Nuñez, and Gisela Berrios.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Treviño Funeral Home Southmost from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Treviño Funeral Home Southmost, 1955 Southmost Road, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Interment to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
