Brownsville- Jose Noe Salinas, 78, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Trevino Funeral Home Southmost of Brownsville.
Mr. Salinas will be transferred to Mexico where he will be buried at a later date at Panteon San Joaquin in Matamoros, Tamps., Mexico. No local services will be held.
