Josefina Lopez

Josefina Lopez, 91 years old, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.

Josefina was born in Moroleon, Guanajuato, Mexico on September 16, 1925 to her parents Mateo Ortiz and Jovita Rodriguez. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her loving husband, Florentino Lopez.

Josefina is survived by her sons Florentino (Martha) Lopez, Jr., Jaime (Ana) Lopez, and Salvador Mora; daughters Maria Luisa (Frank) Champion, Alicia Rivera, Rosa Monterubio, and Gloria (Merced) Rodriguez; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2017, with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Southmost. All services will conclude Saturday evening.
