Luis Alonzo

Luis Ramirez Alonzo, 89 , peacefully passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018, surrounded by his loving family.

Luis was born to Emigdio Alonzo and Natividad Ramirez in Benjamin, Texas. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his wife; Maria Paula Alonzo and his son George Luis Alonzo.

He is survived by his sons: Javier Alonzo, Roberto Alonzo (Yolanda), and Jose Manuel Alonzo; two daughters: Natividad de la Cruz (Daniel) and Gloria Jimenez (Manuel); two brothers: Tomas Herrera and Ricardo Herrera; three sisters: San Juana Santa Ana, Esperanza Ibarra, and Graciela Herrera; his grandchildren: Jennifer, Robert Lee, Mark, Jose Alfredo, Luis, Javier Jr. and George Alonzo, Christina, Joanna, and Daniel de la Cruz, Juanita, Lena Marie, Gaby and Veronica Jimenez, Jose Manuel, Angel and Jose Alonzo. He will also be missed by his great-grandchildren

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2018 at Treviño Funeral Home Southmost from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. All services to conclude Tuesday evening. Cremation to follow.
