Margarita Hernandez

Brownsville- Margarita Wongcang Hernandez, 81, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville surrounded by her loved ones.
Mrs. Hernandez was born on June 10, 1935 in Mexico to Mr. Jesus Wongcang & Mrs. Natividad Hernandez.
She is preceded in death by her husband Alfonso Moniet; her parents and siblings.
She is survived by her son Alfonso Moniet Jr.; her daughters: Estela Moniet; Rocio Moniet Vega; Inez Moniet Ramirez; Margarita Moniet; Diana Moniet; her sister Manuela Huerta; 21 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Cremation will take place on a later date.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Trevino Funeral Home-Southmost in Brownsville.
