Brownsville- Maria Teresa Zavala, 75, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.
Mrs. Zavala was born on January 15, 1941 to Jose Zavala Barron & Amalia Padilla Garcia.
She is preceded in death by her husband Luis de Jesus Rodriguez Garcia.
She is survived by her daughter Amalia Teresa Rodriguez; her brothers Alfredo Zavala & Dante Masso; her grandchildren Amy I Galvan and Jesus I Galvan.
Mrs. Zavala will be missed by all who loved and knew her.
A visitation is scheduled for Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Mrs. Zavala will be cremated at a later date.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Trevino Funeral Home- Southmost in Brownsville.
