Rosendo Fernandez

Rosendo Fernandez, 69, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 26, 2017, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville surrounded by his loving family.

Rosendo was born to Adolfo Fernandez and Elvira Fernandez in Mexico. Rosendo was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by his family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known him.

Rosendo is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Alfredo Fernandez and Hector Fernandez.

Rosendo is survived by his wife Maria Guadalupe Fernandez; his sons Jesus Manuel (Janie) Fernandez, Armando (Gilma) Fernandez; his daughters Betzabet (Hector) Serna, Alejandra Fernandez; his brother Adolfo Fernandez; his sisters Maria de los Angeles Fernandez, Araceli Perez, Elvira Martinez; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017, with Talk at 6:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home Southmost. Cremation will follow after.
