Santos Rodriguez

Mrs. Santos C. Rodriguez, 78, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 29, 2018, in Brownsville surrounded by her loving family.

Santos was born to Manuel Cordova and Tomasa Resendez in Mexico. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed not only by her family and friends but by all those fortunate enough to have known her.

Left behind to eternally treasure her memories are: her sons: Benigno Rodriguez, Ubaldo Rodriguez, Juan M. Rodriguez, and Domingo Rodriguez; her daugherers: Maria D. Silva, Alma D. Lara, Santos Rodriguez, Norma M. Muniz, Concepcion Loredo, Maria G. Monjaraz, Yesenia Jaimes, and Erika Espinoza; She will also be greatly missed by her forty-nine grandchildren and fifty-four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a prayer service to begin at 7 p.m., at Trevino Funeral Home-Southmost Monday, July 2, 2018. All services to conclude on Monday evening. Services will resume on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Escobedo Funeral Home in Matamoros, Tamps., Mexico.
