Victor Trevino

Victor Trevino, a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished friend, passed away on December 17, 2024, in Brownsville, Texas. Born on August 15, 1976, Victor brought warmth and joy to those who knew him, leaving a permanent mark on the hearts of his family friends.

He is survived by his mother: Maria Elena Campos de Trevino, beloved wife, Flor Idania Trevino, and his four children: Emilio Sebastian Garcia (Aracely Arreola), Eduardo Figueroa (Nataly Rivas), Victor Daniel Trevino and Dania Yamileth Trevino. Victor's legacy continues through his grandchildren, Emily Nicole Garcia and Keyla Aracely Arreola, nieces and nephews: Julian Diaz, Chelsea Marie Diaz, Mason Diaz, Gerika Trevino, George Trevino and Yaretzi Trevino. He also leaves behind siblings Khristie Marie (Christopher) Diaz, and Erika (George) Trevino, who have shared many cherished memories with him.

Though serious in nature, Victor had a remarkable ability to bring laughter to any situation, revealing a playful side that endeared him to those around him. His love for walking the beach, listening to country music, and indulging in sweet treats highlighted his appreciation for the simple joys in life. Traveling, spending time watching movies, and driving around were also among his favorite pastimes.

His loved ones will remember him not just for his serious demeanor, but for the lighthearted humor that added warmth to their lives.

As the family prepares to honor Victor's life, visitation will take place at Trevino Funeral Home in Brownsville on Monday, December 23, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a prayer service starting at 7:00 PM, the same day. Visitation will resume Tuesday, December 24, 2024, from 8:15 AM until 10:00 AM, with a chapel service at 10:00 AM. A burial service will take place at Buena Vista Burial Park at 11:00 AM, the same day.

Though Victor Trevino has departed from this earth, his spirit and the love he shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace.
